Brief Summary of Services:
 

  • Develop Quality Systems and Food Safety Programs in compliance with current
    FSMA FDA Regulations and GFSI Schemes. 
     

  • Conduct opening, mid-status and closing meetings to confirm needs are being met.
     

  • Conduct Capability of suppliers / processors against specifications, capacity
    (volumes, storage…), sourcing…
     

  • Investigate economic / inadvertent adulteration
     

  • Current suppliers to Coke (TCCC) I am allowed to assist in any specification issues
    such as rejections with IQD lab in Apopka and perhaps influence through objective
    evidence a positive resolution.
     

  • Detail inspection of facility with pictures to better communicate condition and help verify any improvements:

    • Base inspection and training on TCCC requirements (if applicable) and cGMPs / Juice HACCP / FSMA-PCHF/ Food Defense / JPA Tanker Wash Guidelines / FSMA-PSR / FSMA-FSVP… including Strong focus on sanitary design and inadvertent contamination

    • Rank non-conformances by priority along with ease of completion and cost.
       

  • Review procedures in general and those that impact non-conformances including internal inspections and corrective actions.
     

  • Review GFSI compliance; conduct Gap analysis against a specific GFSI scheme such as FSSC-22000, SQF, PrimusGFS…
     

  • Review specification compliance and identify best practices to align with customers.
     

  • Issue report with findings along with other observations including any staffing concerns.
     

  • Most any other food processing and technical assistance such as line commissioning and engineering referrals.
