Hello, I'm Saverio DiBenedetto, better known as "Savy", and I'm well known in the citrus and the still beverage industry through my 35 years with Coca-Cola and significant involvement, training and volunteering with industry organizations.

Problem Solving / Improvement / Regulatory Compliance

Having visited through audits and technical visits hundreds of processing facilities globally as a “Supplier Developer” for Coke and independently.  Having been a plant and QA manager I am sensitive to cost and can develop an Improvement program based on “Best Practices” and regulatory compliance.  Strength is prioritizing non-conformances based on “bang for the buck” and getting the facility ready for meeting the requirements of their clients.  I can work individually or with a team of experts depending on the need.

Training / Quality System Development

I have several Lead Instructor certificates of training and can provide participant certificates based on recognized curriculums.  (See list below)

Specializing in courses custom to the client (invitation only) at their location which saves significantly on travel expenses.  For any classes more than one day; I use a 2 person team which provides greater attention and personal experiences.  Bi-lingual help in Spanish is available for these trainings.

Please call or email for specific needs and availability.
